Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using our Property Management System.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Assist with concierge services, including providing recommendations for local dining and attractions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Process payments accurately and manage reservations and room changes.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- No prior hospitality experience required; we provide full on-the-job training.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and Microsoft Office suite.
