Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage areas
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiriesMaintain pristine room cleanliness and facility standards
- Process payments and operate reservation systems
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams
- Uphold brand safety and cleanliness protocols
- Participate in ongoing training programs
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train our team!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
- Basic computer proficiency

- Valid Arizona driver's license (if driving required)
