Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel management systems
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage)
- Maintain cleanliness standards in public areas or guest rooms
- Assist with event setup and guest amenities during peak shifts
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols per company standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Valid Arizona driver’s license (if required for transport duties)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn hotel operations
