Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and common areas using industry-standard cleaning protocols
- Replace linens, restock amenities, and prepare rooms for new arrivals
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and inventory shortages to supervisors promptly
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and sustainability standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required – we train all team members
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Columbus location
