Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and vacuuming
- Service public areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms) to maintain impeccable standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning procedures
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure timely room turnover
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Complete daily inspection checklist and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Basic English communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Willingness to undergo background check
