Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces following brand standards
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently (floor buffers, extractors, etc.)
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols including proper chemical handling and waste disposal
- Execute deep cleaning tasks during room turnovers and seasonal deep cleans
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during peak periods
- Document room status and maintenance issues via digital systems
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early mornings
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Reliable transportation to various Columbus locations
