Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to resort standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities (towels, toiletries, etc.)
- Deep clean bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces using proper techniques
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management
- Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed
- Collaborate with room attendants and housekeeping supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic English communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Island location
- No prior experience required – training provided
