Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to our strict quality standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked and organized.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors efficiently and thoroughly.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners in rooms and public spaces as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with clients and team members at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- No prior housekeeping experience is required; we value work ethic over experience.
- Must pass a background check.
