Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish toiletries and amenities.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sanitize surfaces throughout the property.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while interacting with guests and staff.
- Follow all company policies regarding safety, security, and uniform standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
