Responsibilities
- Maintain Cleanliness: Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
- Restroom & Kitchen Care: Thoroughly clean and restock restrooms and kitchen areas, ensuring all supplies are fully stocked.
- Laundry Services: Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and towels as required.
- Attention to Detail: Spot-clean walls, windows, and baseboards to maintain a high standard of appearance.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and report the need for cleaning supplies and chemicals.
- Customer Satisfaction: Interact professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior professional cleaning experience required; we provide full on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
