Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, ensuring all fixtures, surfaces, and amenities are spotless.
- Bed Making: Expertly make beds, change linens, and arrange furniture to meet our high-quality standards.
- Restroom Maintenance: Deep clean and disinfect bathrooms, replacing toiletries and towels as needed.
- Laundry Services: Sort, wash, fold, and iron linens and guest clothing according to established protocols.
- Common Areas: Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, and other shared spaces to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Inventory: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and amenities in assigned areas.
- Reporting: Promptly report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: No prior housekeeping experience required; full training is provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a positive attitude.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills.
