Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and public areas including bathrooms, hallways, and lobbies.
- Ensure all linens, amenities, and supplies are stocked and organized according to brand standards.
- Follow strict health and safety protocols to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good working order.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to time clocks and punctuality requirements for shift work.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
