Responsibilities
- Maintain Cleanliness: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas to the highest standards.
- Sanitation: Disinfect surfaces, sanitize restrooms, and ensure all cleaning chemicals are used safely and correctly.
- Laundry & Linens: Strip beds, change linens, and ensure fresh amenities are replenished in all rooms.
- Organization: Organize closets, dust furniture, and polish fixtures to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or damaged furniture to the supervisor immediately.
- Shift Adherence: Follow the assigned shift schedule and arrive on time for all shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting dirt and dust is essential.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to maintaining quality work.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
