Responsibilities
- Room and Area Maintenance: Perform detailed cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a spotless environment.
- Sanitation Standards: Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, utilizing proper cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Amenities Management: Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to maintain high service levels.
- Shift Coverage: Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, to meet operational demands.
- Reporting: Document completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or damages immediately to the Shift Supervisor.
- Equipment Care: Properly handle and maintain cleaning equipment and vacuum systems.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to cleanliness and quality workmanship.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to pass a background check.
