Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and common areas following brand standards
- Stock and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies efficiently
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and eco-friendly protocols
- Collaborate with housekeeping team for seamless room turnover
- Support deep cleaning projects during low-occupancy periods
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs consistently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Basic English communication skills (bilingual a plus)
- Customer service mindset with positive attitude
