Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk and check-in/check-out stations
- Assist with housekeeping duties including room preparation and public area maintenance
- Operate point-of-sale systems for dining and beverage services
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all guest interaction zones
- Collaborate with team members during peak shifts and events
- Follow all hotel security and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn POS systems
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
