Responsibilities
- Lead all hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Sales
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets
- Manage P&L responsibilities with $25M+ annual budget oversight
- Drive guest satisfaction metrics to maintain 95%+ satisfaction ratings
- Lead talent acquisition, training, and retention initiatives for 150+ staff
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Collaborate with corporate leadership on brand positioning and growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
- 10+ years progressive hotel management experience
- 5+ years in luxury hotel segment with 300+ room properties
- Proven P&L leadership with $20M+ budget experience
- Strong knowledge of Atlanta hospitality market preferred
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Advanced proficiency in Opera and hotel management systems
- ServSafe certification required
