Responsibilities
- Seamlessly manage guest check-ins/check-outs using Opera PMS while ensuring accuracy in all transactions
- Proactively resolve guest inquiries and concerns with personalized solutions exceeding expectations
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for flawless service delivery
- Process reservations, room assignments, and loyalty program benefits with precision
- Execute emergency response protocols for incidents including medical or security situations
- Upsell premium services (spa, dining, suites) to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Maintain detailed guest preference profiles for personalized future interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Expert proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with proven crisis management ability
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish/Japanese preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Impeachable personal presentation and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs when assisting with luggage
