Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identification and payment methods.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails with a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and solution-oriented manner.
- Manage the front desk reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
