Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments.
- Manage the hotel’s P&L, ensuring financial targets are met through effective cost control and revenue management strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages employee engagement, retention, and professional growth.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction by overseeing service delivery and resolving any operational issues immediately.
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain operational excellence.
- Maintain strict compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as brand standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and the community to drive occupancy and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hospitality management, preferably in a full-service hotel setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Proven track record in budget management, financial analysis, and revenue generation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
