Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-in/out, including handling special requests and VIP arrangements
- Manage reservation systems, room assignments, and occupancy reports with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly using de-escalation techniques
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments for guest needs
- Execute upselling strategies to maximize room revenue and ancillary services
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk environment with professional appearance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years front desk or guest services experience in luxury hospitality
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills and multilingual abilities (Spanish preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record (for valet coordination)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional demeanor with polished appearance and hospitality mindset
