Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check-in/check out guests while ensuring efficient service queues
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Operate hotel management systems (Opera) and process payments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and proactive solutions
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and incidents
- Assist with concierge services and local area recommendations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years experience in hospitality or customer service
- Proficient in basic computer applications and hotel systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Basic first aid certification a plus
