Responsibilities
- Manage end-of-day financial reconciliation and generate daily reports
- Check in/out guests during overnight hours with personalized service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Oversee security protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
- Maintain accurate guest records in property management systems
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience required
- Proficiency with Opera or similar PMS software
- Strong mathematical and reconciliation skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license (if applicable)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
