Responsibilities
- Efficiently check guests in and out, verifying identity and payment details while maintaining accuracy.
- Manage the front desk operations during the overnight shift, including answering phones and responding to email inquiries.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies promptly and with a professional demeanor.
- Perform comprehensive night audits, including balancing the daily ledger and preparing financial reports.
- Ensure the lobby, public areas, and front desk are clean, secure, and welcoming at all hours.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional appearance.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
