Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and courtesy
- Manage reservation systems, room assignments, and billing inquiries accurately
- Address guest concerns promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/management teams
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and special requests
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures following company protocols
- Collaborate with concierge and valet services to enhance guest experiences
- Participate in daily briefings and maintain updated knowledge of hotel amenities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and overnight
- Basic knowledge of Denver attractions and transportation options
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Valid Colorado driver's license (preferred for valet coordination)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
