Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests efficiently with warm professionalism and accuracy
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Handle guest concerns promptly and resolve issues with discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain secure financial records
- Operate property management systems and communication tools
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience
- Proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Valid California driver's license (preferred)
- Multilingual abilities (Spanish/English strongly preferred)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
