Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm hospitality
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments
- Utilize property management systems to update guest preferences and requests
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as local tourism ambassador for Colorado Springs attractions
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Valid Colorado driver's license (if required for shuttle duties)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
