Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with efficiency and warmth
- Manage room reservations and inventory through our proprietary PMS system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Implement upselling techniques for premium room packages
- Adhere to all brand safety and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera or similar property management systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of foreign languages (Spanish/French preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
