Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera PMS system
- Manage reservations and handle billing inquiries
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Provide local recommendations and concierge services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in property management systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Oakland attractions and transit
