Responsibilities
- Room Maintenance: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas according to established quality standards.
- Laundry & Linens: Manage the collection, washing, folding, and restocking of linens, towels, and amenities.
- Amenities Management: Ensure guest rooms are fully stocked with toiletries, water, and cleaning supplies.
- Guest Interaction: Provide friendly, professional service to guests and respond promptly to room service requests.
- Equipment Care: Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety gear.
- Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the floor manager immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive motion tasks.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is spotless and welcoming.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
