Responsibilities
Execute smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures for all guests.Provide accurate information regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.Handle guest inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.Manage the front desk switchboard and communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams.Process payments accurately and reconcile daily financial reports.Upsell hotel packages and services to enhance the guest stay and revenue generation.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service preferred.Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (PMS).Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
