Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services during night shift hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Monitor hotel security and safety protocols, ensuring a secure environment for guests and staff
- Manage night audit procedures, including processing payments and reconciling daily transactions
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests and room preparations
- Complete detailed shift reports and maintain accurate guest records
- Assist with emergency procedures and incident documentation as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hotel or hospitality experience, preferably in night shift roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) and basic office software
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation (for errands)
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
