Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and public areas to company standards.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness in restrooms, corridors, and lobby areas.
- Ensure all amenities (linens, toiletries, etc.) are fully stocked and replenished.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations regarding chemical handling and sanitation.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and other employees.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, reaching).
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
