Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment processing accurately
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Process mail, packages, and guest requests efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk environment
- Assist with basic accounting tasks including cash handling and reporting
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
