Responsibilities
- Deep-clean guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces to brand standards
- Manage laundry operations including sorting, washing, and pressing linens
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public areas
- Adhere to safety protocols and chemical handling procedures
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with engineering team
- Train new staff on cleaning techniques and SOPs
- Complete detailed inspection checklists for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts (early morning, evening, or overnight)
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Ohio driver's license (for supply runs if applicable)
- COVID-19 vaccination required (with religious/medical exemptions)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment maintenance
