Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with personalized local recommendations
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using conflict resolution best practices
- Maintain accurate guest records and hotel management system data
- Process payments and manage cash drawer according to company protocols
- Collaborate with concierge team to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of Denver attractions, dining, and transportation
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Colorado driver's license preferred
