Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional check-in/check-out service with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests using Opera/PMS systems
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience in hotels
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Delphi, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Knowledge of Miami tourism attractions and transportation
- Spanish fluency highly desirable
