Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with efficiency and warmth using PMS systems
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with solution-oriented approaches
- Coordinate housekeeping/maintenance requests for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records and financial transactions
- Upsell hotel amenities and local experiences to enhance guest stays
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for cohesive service
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years front desk/hospitality experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends
- Valid CA driver's license (if required for errands)
- Basic foreign language proficiency (Spanish/Chinese preferred)
