Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using PMS software while verifying reservation details
- Manage room assignments and maximize occupancy rates through strategic upselling
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments accurately and maintain financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments for seamless operations
- Execute safety procedures and emergency protocols as needed
- Uphold brand standards through consistent grooming and communication etiquette
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn reservation systems quickly
- Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution aptitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Multilingual skills (especially Spanish) strongly preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license for potential airport shuttle duties
