Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints, ensuring personalized service excellence
- Manage front desk operations including check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Coordinate housekeeping services to maintain impeccable room standards and public areas
- Execute food & beverage service in our signature restaurants and event spaces
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations during peak seasons
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail and service recovery
- Train and mentor new team members on hospitality best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel or luxury hospitality experience required
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Georgia hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Must possess valid US work authorization
