Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences with 100% guest satisfaction focus
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using solution-oriented communication
- Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping, valet, and concierge teams
- Maintain accurate guest data in resort management systems
- Upsell premium amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Execute daily cash handling and reconciliation procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proven proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English; Spanish preferred
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments during peak seasons
- Strong problem-solving skills with calm demeanor under pressure
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record (required for valet coordination)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
