Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations and optimize room assignments using Opera PMS
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and conflict resolution with grace
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and ensure financial accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute upselling strategies for premium amenities and packages
- Maintain detailed guest preference profiles for personalized service
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hospitality front desk experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio preferred)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid Virginia hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and commitment to brand standards
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and services
