- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Act as local tourism ambassador with comprehensive city knowledge
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera) for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of San Francisco attractions and transportation
- Valid California driver's license (for airport runs)
- High school diploma or equivalent
