Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with warm hospitality
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions
- Operate PMS systems and office equipment
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality/customer service experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including nights/weekends)
- Proficiency with reservation systems
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Atlanta local preferred
