Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly, checking them in efficiently using our property management system.
- Reservations: Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and online bookings to ensure accurate room availability.
- Check-Out: Process payments, handle inquiries, and ensure a smooth departure experience for every guest.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Front Office Operations: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, manage lobby area aesthetics, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
- Information Dissemination: Provide accurate local recommendations and information to enhance the guest stay.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate for entry-level positions.
- Skills: Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
