Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, answering inquiries, and providing local recommendations with a friendly smile.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area, ensuring all public spaces meet our high standards of presentation.
- Housekeeping Support: Assist in the cleaning and preparation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a pristine environment for our visitors.
- Reservations & Communication: Handle incoming phone calls and messages professionally, updating reservation systems accurately.
- Event Support: Assist in setting up and breaking down for small events and conferences, ensuring all equipment is in working order.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock amenities and supplies in public areas and staff rooms.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level applicants with a strong desire to learn.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift light objects, and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer literacy is preferred but training will be provided.
