Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Manage billing inquiries and resolve guest concerns with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Act as local tourism ambassador with comprehensive city knowledge
- Maintain lobby ambiance and ensure safety protocols
- Train new agents on property systems and service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera or PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and multitasking ability
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods
