Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with precision and efficiency
- Handle reservations, modifications, and room assignments using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Execute upselling strategies to maximize room revenue and ancillary services
- Maintain a professional lobby atmosphere and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Charlotte attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
