Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a superior first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, managing reservations and handling payments accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all public spaces are welcoming.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and hotel amenities.
- Process mail, packages, and wake-up calls with the highest level of attention to detail.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new hotel software and procedures.
