Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Manage phone inquiries, email correspondence, and guest requests promptly.
- Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Process payments and maintain accurate daily logs.
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming lobby environment.
- Address guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the lobby area for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management software.
- A professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
